They were a year late for my pool, nothing but excuses, damange, errors and poor remedies. I ended up changing out the quick chlor, nothing but expensive problems, and lifetime warranty is a joke, don't fall for their sales pitch, they are unethical and do not follow up on anything.
From the time I signed contract to this point it's been 4 weeks and my pool is all but done. Waiting for final inspection then comes the Shasta stone.
I am very happy with my choice.
They said they would call daily to give me updates but to be honest they have been moving so fast they didn't have to give me updates. Maybe I was the rare case but I'm pretty social and I talked to everyone who has come to so work on my pool and they all say they are very busy but are knocking out jobs left and right.
we signed our contract on March 20th and we were told that the first dig would be "one to two weeks, if hard dig is needed it will only add 3 days extra," the first dig took 1 month the hard dig took one month. I was also promised that after the dig they will win me back because there will be "no other backlogs", however, that was too good to be true, the travertine is backlogged three to four weeks.
We ended up having to get somebody in the do the travertine.
The pool is still not built!!!!! maybe we a lll should go to Shasta together and warn off people that might sign with them.
Could not agree more, we are 9 weeks and still waiting to have them break ground. Another problem is trying to get in contact with any of them, all calls go to voice mail and they NEVER call back. My advice find a different builder!
