Had to fight to get "guaranteed" decking re-done (re-surfaced)/. Claimed cause: Pool chemicals?. (Duh! Really?!)

Fence cracked a splitting where pool controller attached!. Not covered by warranty".

Ground sunk around area where they placed sand bags as back-fill,. Yard drainage not returned before construction norm|.

Portion of concrete decking buckling up,. "We do not do that work anymore. Call these people."

Had shasta Put in a pool 5 years ago. Had nothing but trouble. Three motors put in and the pool heater was replaced and I am not kidding 4 times and it still doesn't work. After five years drained the pool and gave up. Going to fill in the pool. Don't waste 25000 dollars like ii did. Please be warned go somewhere else. Unless you want to be frustrated and get very poor customer service then they are the company for you. Will NEVER do business with them ever.
