Upon purchase of the pool, there were items that were not addressed with the drainage of my yard, apparantly the excavation crew was too good to use a shovel. The bobcat took out some of the sides of the hole for the pool, so we were charged for extra concrete. When the rocks were being painted, the guy painting did not speak English so we were not able to tell him how we wanted the color. The bottom interior finish had a huge black stain upon filling of the water, the finish is Arctic white, so it is quite obvious. Shasta attempted to fix the issue with acid which did not work. Chunks are coming off the hand-made water feature and rocks around the pool, chips are coming off off cool deck in all corners of pool. We were not told that the Salt System would have to be replaced in 3 years or that a spa light would be used for our pool. I would recommend shopping around before deciding to have shasta build you a pool. 128cb32
